…my style has evolved from living in south Florida all my life. Our summer season is much longer then most states, and when it starts to heat up you want to dress to keep cool and be styling.
here’s the run down on this look.. The skirt was constructed with vintage gingham fabric. The patchwork belt also was made with vintage fabrics, bits of scraps that I save whenever I’m sewing a project. The shirt is a Hanes boy beater tank that I dyed and appliqué the graphic strawberries on as well as the soft sculpture strawberry hair ornaments. The strawberries were salvaged from a pajama shirt I thrifted. The sandals were a gift from a friend who travels to India. Love everything about this “one of a kind” SoFl summer look.
